    Hauling Services

    Pricing depends on hours and load size; a minimum fee of $50 applies

    Starting at $50 for 1-4 small items

    Quart Van – $100 (includes two hours of staff time)

    Half Van – $200 (includes two hours of staff time)

    Full Van – $400 (includes two hours of staff time)

    Van and Trailer – $600 to $800

    Basement, Garage, and Storage Unit/Estate Cleaning

    Cost depends on staffing hours and load size, with a minimum of $150

    Starting at $150 – includes two staff hours, quarter load, and flight of stairs

    Half Van – $250 – includes two staff hours, quarter load, and flight of stairs

    Full Van – $450 – includes two staff hours, quarter load, and flight of stairs

    Each Addison full load – $350

    Basement clean-out (no hauling) – $25 per staff hour

    Appliance Removal and Moving

    For medium and large appliances, we add two staff hours; pricing varies based on brand and size, with a minimum charge of $50

    Additional $25 for each flight of stairs

    Freezers – starting at $35 (size-dependent)

    Dishwashers – starting at $35

    Ovens – starting at $50

    Washers – starting at $50 (includes one set of stairs)

    Dryers – starting at $50 (includes one set of stairs)

    Moving Services

    $25 per staff hour

    Furniture Removal and Moving

    For medium and large furniture, we add two staff hours; pricing varies based on type and van capacity, with a minimum of $50

    Additional $25 for each flight of stairs

    Small Furniture Items (Addison) – $50 for 1-4 small items

    Small Couch – starting at $50 and 1 small item

    Large Couch – starting at $75 and 1 small item

    Additional furniture items priced based on type and van fullness
